The Famous Colmans Partners with Tidal Trails

A staple of the South Shields shoreline, Colman’s Seafood Temple is an iconic, family-run seafood restaurant overlooking the beach where the inaugural Tidal Trails event will take place next August. Known for its locally sourced fare, Colman’s is partnering with Events of the North to bring this exciting new beachfront festival to life. The restaurant will also host the official press launch this Friday.

Tidal Trails is a family-friendly running event designed to encourage all ages and abilities to get active and enjoy the stunning beauty of the North East. The event features an 8K trail run from the beach across the Leas, a 2K trail run, and Paula Radcliffe’s popular Families on Track event. It’s set to be a true celebration of fitness, fun, and entertainment. Partnering with Colman’s, a beloved local establishment, reflects the event’s focus on showcasing the best of South Shields.
